Neo Asteri works through three connected modes: research, convening and implementation. Together they take us from insight to action, and from discussion to real results.
Research and analysis
We produce accessible, independent and policy-relevant analysis across space governance, defence and the startup ecosystem. It’s written for people who have to make decisions, not just watch the debate.

Space challenges cannot be solved by any one group. Government, industry, startups, investors, researchers and civil society each hold part of the answer. We create the spaces (roundtables, workshops, briefings, events and private dialogues) where those perspectives meet and turn into shared understanding.
Programmes and implementation
We design initiatives that respond to specific needs in the sector: research programmes, startup support, ecosystem-building projects, policy dialogues, strategic partnerships and thematic working groups. Each is built around a clear objective, a defined audience and a realistic route to impact.
